Anyone else tired of the tripe on the internet these days?
Millions of people hunched over keyboards claiming to know the real truth. As the only cynic on the FEZ team (Wildside believes NASA never went to the moon and Zed boils his water 10 times before he drinks it), it's left to me, to tell you bludgers out there, IF you REALLY are THAT clever to have ALL the answers, YOU would be working for The Man, helping to pull the wool over our eyes. But you're not working for The Man. Are you?

WHO the hell do you think you are? Self-important prat. Who’s going to bother to conspire against you? All these nutcase theories you come up with when you’ve had too much to smoke with your nutcase mates. So McDonald’s are putting odd chemicals in your burgers to make you want to smoke more dope, and that secret cabal of world leaders which meets in Geneva every month are controlling the dope market and putting odd chemicals in your weed to make you want to eat more McDonalds.
Really?
Is it just you, or all potheads? And please explain what they would gain from this long-winded procedure. World domination, perhaps? Well, what a bloody chore that would be. It’s difficult enough for us normal people to manage our own lives, remembering to buy milk and that we cannot fly.
Imagine having to spend all day, every day, dominating six billion other people. You couldn’t have a holiday, ever, not even a beer with your mates, because you wouldn’t have any mates, only people you dominate, to a greater or lesser degree.
Turn it on its head. Who would want to conspire with you? To do what? No-one has ever asked you to join a conspiracy, except after you’ve all been weeding up your lungs and brains and plan to make trees rule the planet and string up anyone wearing a tie with their tie, before falling into unconsciousness with all bits of munchies attached to the not-cool-at-all bit of beard around your mouth.
You didn’t even finish your drink.
Take my advice, because I do care. Ignore anything that comes out of the most insular and self-regarding nation on the planet – America. That’s where all the aliens land, where all the mysteries are centred, where all the paranoia begins and should end; leave them to wallow on their own in their childlike egotism. And grow your own weed.

In his recent book (Kyoto Protocol Is The Biggest Organised Crime On The Planet) Cairns' own Russian born scientist Stefan Mitich attempts to debunk the notion that not only is global warming and climate change not a man made phenomenon, but it is a complete fabrication engineered to make an elite few, in very high places, a hell of a lot of money.
I HAVE written a book revealing how things function in nature by the laws of physics. After reading it you will know the truth. The laws of physics sometimes sound weird, but they are always consistent and correct – that is why it is time to stop with this carbon footprint rip-off and time to start carbon fingerprinting the beneficiaries of this misleading propaganda. Top promoters know that there is no warming, which is the reason they insisted on changing the term to‘climate change'.
Fact: CO2 is not a global warming gas. Two reasons helped sell this myth to the public. One factor was that the ozone hole was caused by man; this is not so, as the hole is necessary to allow some UV and heat in.
The other idea is that CO2 warms up the planet; it actually absorbs extra heat thus allowing cooling to be much more efficient, which means that heat never comes to the ground and the ground climate is therefore milder.
CO2 is nothing more than a big city problem, it will never be a global problem. Pollution is made in the city – it doesn't come from the bush. Same as noise pollution. If every farmer, bird and tractor is silenced in the bush, there will not be less noise pollution in the city.
CO2 is an essential molecule for life. Trees need more of it than they get now. The tree kissers are denying H20 and CO2 to the Australian trees. Sydney's park trees containing 700 per cent more CO2 are far healthier than those trees stuck out in Birdsville somewhere.
The climate doom-mongers are wrong and have their facts back to front on everything. The only way they are getting away with murder is simply because of the one-sided bias of the media.

A conspiracy occurs when two or more people gather and plan to carry out illegal deeds, particularly murderous, treasonous or seditious acts. Unfortunately, the very word Conspiracy or Conspiracy Theorist (C/CT) has become a derogatory label that is repeatedly used by the media to describe (and hence to ridicule) any hypothesis which contradicts the authorised version of events, whether or not the authorised version has been proven to be false, and whether or not the alternative hypothesis is based upon verifiable facts.
People have been conspiring against each other since cave-dwelling days, as a natural aspect of the evolutionary process. But in the context cited above, when related to governments, corporations, industry and criminal groups involved in major conspiritorial acts that are designed to result in significant change, it is only within the last fifty years or so that the general public have become aware that they are being lied to and manipulated on such occasions. It was during the 1960's, when the clean-cut, white bread and apple pie days of the 40's and 50's had ended and the social revolution had begun, hastened along by events like the Vietnam War, the Watergate fiasco, the Manson murders and the Kennedy assassinations, that people in the West began to wake up and realise that the world was not really as they had been led to believe and that dirty deeds were being done behind their backs in the name of freedom and democracy.
Today, the situation has developed to the point where we are no longer outraged by the knowledge that we are lied to and fed a diet of propaganda in order to control the ways we act and think. The fact that intelligence agencies ( the military-industrial complex) are often pulling the strings and forming Shadow Governments that are the real policy makers behind many decisions, has become so widely accepted and taken for granted that entire populations now ignore, forget or deny such truths. People laugh when told that Mossad or the CIA are behind the latest terror spectacle or brush it off as a CT.
One could argue the point that we are approaching a time when our paranoid delusions are closing in on reality and that many aspects of daily life are predetermined, not by god above, but by spin doctors, screen-writers and back-room politicians, and all as a result of our lack of thinking and caring.Though this may be an exaggerated diagnosis, the fact that we allow ourselves to be led, as long as we are comfortable, fed and watered and able to purchase the latest consumer amusements, suggests that such a world is conceivable.
There really are powerful and capable people who are of the opinion that it is they who know best what we and the world needs and who also have the means to eventually achieve their ends. As governments and citizens discuss and debate the issue of population growth or control, there are groups and individuals amongst us who have for many years been dedicated to rather harsh reductions in world population. They conspire to drastically reduce the number of earths' inhabitants through such means as control of water, food and medicines and by encouraging the fighting of wars, endlessly (war on drugs, war on terrorism, war on poverty, etc, etc). Names such as Rockefeller, Gates, Gorbachev, Cousteau, Kissinger and others can be found attached to various depopulation schemes in recent times. Go back in history a bit and people like Aldous Huxley, Alexander Graham Bell, H.G. Wells, Theodore Roosevelt, Winston Churchill and John Harvey Kellog are amongst those who supported, both covertly and overtly, schemes to rid the planet of many of its human inhabitants.
The bottom lines are these: What you may deride as nothing more than a crazy Conspiracy Theory is at the very least a alternative to what you claim to know, another opinion, the other side of a story. Though it is easier, more comfortable to go with the flow, there is nothing to lose by thinking for yourself.

PRINCESS Diana's death has prompted more conspiracy stories than any other death of past years. There are two schools of thought: either that she was the helpless victim in a road crash who died at the hands of a drunken chauffeur who had been blinded by flashlights, or that she was murdered as part of an MI6-orchestrated assassination because she was pregnant with Arab billionaire Dodi Fayed's baby. Others say she was about to reveal the extent of the UK arms industry's involvement with countries complicit with torture. But that is not our issue here. What is at issue are the perceptions of those under the delusion that the British Royals would ever be involved in such dirty deeds. Diana even foretold her own death shortly before 1997, writing that: "This particular phase in my life is the most dangerous... (name edited) is planning 'an accident' in my car, brake failure and serious head injury in order to make the path clear for Charles to marry." From Henry VIII's machinations, 500 years ago, in breaking with the Pope to get a divorce and find a wife who would bear him a son to The Glorious Revolution of 1688, when Parliament deposed James II to engineer his replacement by his Protestant daughter Mary and her Dutch husband William of Orange, the history of Britain bursts with royal murders, incest and debauchery. And if we go back further to 1483 we have King Richard III of England who is seen as the main suspect in the death of his brother's sons, the two princes Edward and Richard, by locking them up in the Tower of London to ensure his spot on the throne. So, to sum up, the fact that people still roll their eyes and refute the ideas of the Diana conspiracy theorists puzzles me. The royals have maintained their power by acting as a depraved, power hungry bunch of inbreds, who eliminate those in their way. The only difference is that the public's morals have changed through the years, meaning royal dirty work has to be undertaken in the darkest recesses of our lives, shrouded from the public gaze.

In the golden age of 70's American Cinema the conspiracy genre was a reflection of its times. In one year, 1974, three classics were made; The Conversation, The Parallax View and Chinatown. All the President's Men (1976) was based on a factual novel and exposed the Watergate Scandal. It can be seen as a historical document and in my mind is an important film for society and Hollywood.
In 1989 Oliver Stone presented a "counter myth" to the Warren Commission's "myth" of the lone gunman, in JFK, his version of the greatest conspiracy cover up in history.
In more recent years, the documentary genre has exposed conspiracies in search of the truth; John Pilger's The War on Democracy (2007), Loose Change 9/11: An American Coup (2009), Michael Moore's Capitalism: A Love Story (2009) and Bill Maher's Religulous (2008), on what is possibly the greatest conspiracy of all time…Religion.
Thanks to the Internet. We have an unlimited wealth of information at our fingertips. Alex Jones's infowars.com and prisonplanet.tv provides access to countless films on conspiracy. Personally, I would like to see more conspiracy feature films based on fact. In today's climate I think there's an untapped cash cow in this genre. Conspiracy films can entertainment us and empower us with knowledge, an alternative truth. We already know we can't trust governments or corporate machines, purely functioning on the fundamentals of capitalism. So is Hollywood afraid cinema could inspire a mass movement? We certainly need it. I don't want 3D glasses, 'just gimme some truth'.
